Currently the Executive Director of Career Services and an adjunct at Georgian Court University, I started my career in the Placement Office at Columbia Law School and went on to serve as Assistant Dean of Career Services at Fordham University School of Law, National Director of Staff Recruitment and Development at Jackson Lewis and Manager of Associate Professional Development at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP. I also had the privilege to serve as the 1995-96 President of the National Association for Law Placement, am a founding member of the NALP Foundation for Research and Education, a Certified Professional Coach, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, a certified provider of the Highlands Ability Battery and a member of NACE and the International Coach Federation.
